POTATO CHEESE BAKE 
1 c. chopped onion
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, keep frozen
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. cream chicken soup
2 c. crumbled corn flakes

Mix all ingredients except potatoes and corn flakes. Place frozen potatoes in large oblong casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Bake covered for 45 minutes in 375 degree oven. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
