E-Z PIZZA LOAF | |
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef 1 egg 12 oz. (uncooked) elbow macaroni 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 1 lg. can tomato sauce Oregano Salt Pepper Minced dried onion Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain, brown ground beef, drain off fat. Cool beef and mix in beaten egg, onion, salt, pepper and oregano. Grease (spray) lightly, 2 loaf or 2 small 1 1/2 quart corning casserole. Cut up some Mozzarella into slivers. Mix macaroni, Mozzarella, beef mixture and half the tomato sauce. Put into the pans. Cover with layer of the leftover sauce and criss cross with strips of Mozzarella cheese. |
