SPANISH CORN BREAD 
To your favorite cornbread recipe add:

1 can diced green chilies
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. diced jalapenos (optional)
1 sm. can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 c. diced zucchini

Mix with milk or water and bake in 9x13 pan 45 minutes to 1 hour at 500 degrees.
