TEXAS CHICKEN 
6-8 flour tortillas
3 c. cooked and diced chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. picante sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
1 chopped onion
1 c. cheddar cheese

Mix chicken, soups, seasonings, onion and sauce together. Soak tortillas in broth until soft but not tearing. Put layer of tortillas then soup mixture - alternate until used up. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
