FIRE & ICE SALSA 
3 c. seeded & chopped watermelon, drained
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Combine and mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate a few hours. Serve with sour cream and corn or tortilla chips.
