2 eggs, beaten
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Bread slices

In shallow dish combine eggs, salt and pepper. Heat oil in frying pan. Dip bread slice into egg mixture on both sides. Fry on both sides until lightly brown. Serve with syrup and sausage.
