EASY BAR-B-Q RIBS 
1 lg. cooking bag
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
3 1/2 lb. pork spare ribs, trimmed

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shake flour into bag. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add sauce, onion and green pepper. Squeeze bag to blend. Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place in bag. Turn bag to coat ribs. Arrange in layers. Close with tie.

Make 6 half inch slits in top. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
