KAHLUA 
3 c. boiling water
2 oz. instant coffee
4 c. sugar
3 c. 100% proof vodka
1 vanilla bean

Blend sugar and boiling water until dissolved. Remove from fire; add coffee and cool. Add vodka; pour in large bottle (1/2 gallon). Add 1 vanilla bean. Allow 3 weeks or longer to settle. Enjoy.
