INSALATA DI FAGIOLI 
2 c. cooked, fresh fava, limas or white beans (or cooked dried beans)
4 oz. canned tuna, packed in olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. chopped basil
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients together. Serve at room temperature for best flavor. Serves 4.
