FISH MARKET APPLE PIE 
FILLING:

6 lg. Mackintosh apples, pared and sliced
1 2/3 c. sour cream
1 lg. egg
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. flour
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all filling ingredients together. Place filling in pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30-40 minutes. Remove pie from oven and stir filling. Mix all topping ingredients together and place on top of pie filling. Continue baking for 15 minutes.
