CHOCOLATE SILK PIE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla (or other flavor to your liking)
1/4 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
1 graham cracker pie shell

Cream sugar and butter. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time and beat 5 minutes after each. Sprinkle nuts over crust. Pour into graham cracker shell. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serves 6 to 8.
