ENGLISH PUFFS 
1 jar Old English cheese spread
1 stick of butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can shrimp pieces
6 English muffins (not frozen)

Cream butter, cheese spread and garlic powder. Drain and rinse shrimp; fold into cheese mixture. Split muffins. Spread with the above mixture. Quarter each half. (May be frozen at this stage for later use.) Broil until bubbly. Makes 48 pieces. Yummy!

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

To lower total fat and sodium substitute a natural cheese in place of the cheese spread. Use a soft tub butter. Use whole wheat English muffins to increase fiber.
