ELSIE'S RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter

Mix and cook slowly until thick.

1 baked pie shell

2 egg whites
2-3 tbsp. sugar
Dash of cream of tartar

Pour hot rhubarb mixture into baked pie shell. Make meringue out of egg whites and sugar and cream of tartar. Put meringue on top of pie and bake until very brown.
