SWEET POTATO DAISY BISCUITS 
3 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed and chilled
1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. milk
Orange marmalade

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine baking mix and orange peel; cut in cream cheese until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add sweet potatoes and milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Turn dough out onto surface dusted with baking mix. Shape into ball; knead 4-5 times. Roll dough 1/2-inch thick. Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

With knife, cut 6 (1/2-inch) slashes around edge of each biscuit to form petals. Using thumb, make indentation in center of each biscuit and fill with 1/4 teaspoon marmalade. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 10-20 biscuits.
