LINGUINI WITH LEMON | |
1 lb. linguini pasta SAUCE: 5 tbsp. oil 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 c. cream 1 grated lemon rind 1 c. beef consomme (or 1 c. chicken broth) 4 oz. cooked ham, sliced Freshly grated Parmesan 1. Cook oil and garlic. 2. Add cream, lemon rind and broth. 3. Simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Add cheese and ham to sauce. 5. Pour sauce over hot, cooked pasta. |
