PEACH CUSTARD PIE 
6 peaches, peeled and sliced
Unbaked pastry shell
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. flour
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange peach slices in unbaked pie shell. Beat together sugar, flour, and eggs. Pour over peaches. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until peaches are tender, about 1 hour.
