BRAN MUFFINS 
15 oz. Raisin Bran
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins

Mix Raisin Bran, flour, soda and sugar. Combine oil, butter, buttermilk, eggs, chopped nuts and raisins. Stir liquid ingredients into dry (use mixer). Add raisins and nuts. Fill cupcake tins 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 60 muffins.
