HAMBURGER RICE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cans water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Green peppers if desired

Brown meat in skillet. Stir to crumble and then drain. Add celery and chopped onion. Add all other ingredients and bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
