TURKEY SAUSAGE LASAGNA ROLLS 
8 lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
15 oz. can Italian style tomato sauce
16 oz. pkg. turkey breakfast sausage
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

In nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 10-12 minutes, or until done, breaking sausage apart into small pieces. Drain.

Combine sausage with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and Italian seasoning. Spread a generous 1/3 cup on each cooked lasagna noodle. Roll tightly; place seam side down in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over lasagna rolls. Bake, covered, in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
