SHISHKABOB AND RICE 
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed or can substitute garlic salt or powder
Adolphs meat tenderizer
1 jar lg. pearl onions
1 sm. can chunk pineapple
1 can whole button mushrooms
3 firm tomatoes
3 green peppers (parboil for 5 minutes)
3 lb. sirloin roast in chunks
