SANDWICH SPREAD 
12 sweet green peppers
12 sweet red peppers
12 green tomatoes, med.
4 onions, med.
4 tbsp. coarse salt
3 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 pt. salad mustard
1 qt. salad dressing
1/2 c. flour
Water

Grind vegetables in chopper. Sprinkle with salt; let set 15 minutes. Drain off juices. Put vegetables, sugar and vinegar in kettle and cook until simmering about 10 minutes. Add flour, thinned with water. Cook until thick. Add mustard and salad dressing. Heat and seal. Makes 8 pints.
