STACEY'S ICE CREAM SANDWICHES | |
1/2 pt. your favorite ice cream 12-16 lg. chocolate chip cookies Empty ice cream into a bowl. With a spoon, stir the ice cream until it softens. With a butter knife, spread the softened ice cream on a cookie. Cover it quickly with another cookie. Wrap the ice cream sandwich in aluminum foil and put in freezer. Freeze for 24 hours. Makes 6-8 flying saucers. |
