2 c. sugar
2 c. flour

CAKE MIX:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coke
3 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring oil, butter, cocoa and Coke to boil in saucepan. Pour over dry mixture. Add buttermilk, vanilla, marshmallows, soda and eggs. Mix together well. Pour in greased 9x13x2 inch pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing (can be cut in half) : Bring butter, cocoa, and Coke to boil. Take from heat and add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake while still hot.
