Loosely place 2 pounds ground beef in a 9 x 13 pan. Do not season or brown. Spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup on top, then top what with globs of a 16-ounce jar of Cheez Whiz. On top, arrange a 2-pound bag of tator tots. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
