1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bag of tator tots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped (optional)

Crumble cooked ground beef in bottom of casserole. Pour bag of tator tots over top. Mix can of soup with milk together and pour over mixture making sure all tator tots are covered.

Put onion between ground beef and tator tots, if you like.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or microwave 15-20 minutes, turning dish occasionally.
