THREE LAYER 7-UP SALAD 
FIRST LAYER:

2 pkgs. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-UP
3 bananas, sliced
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve in a 9x13 inch pan the jello in boiling water; add 7-UP, bananas, pineapple and marshmallows. Let set until firm.

SECOND LAYER:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. pineapple juice
4 tbsp. butter
14 oz. cream cheese

Combine in saucepan the sugar, flour, egg and pineapple juice and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add butter and cream cheese; beat mixture until smooth and creamy. Pour onto first layer; set until firm.

THIRD LAYER:

1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
Chopped nuts
Coconut

Spread Cool Whip on top layer. Sprinkle with nuts, then coconut.
