LAYERED FRUIT SALAD 
Cantaloupe
Pineapple chunks (20 oz. can, drained)
1 apple, unpeeled
2 fresh peaches
2 bananas
1 c. whole strawberries
16 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate

Cut all fruit into bite size pieces and layer in bowl in order listed. Thaw orange juice and pour over top undiluted. Do not stir; let set in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
