1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (unsweetened), don't drain 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drain and save juice 1 pkg. instant sugar free vanilla pudding 2 lg. bananas, sliced 1 qt. strawberries, sliced 1 pt. blueberries 8 oz. Cool Whip Combine and mix well pineapple, juice, oranges and pudding mix. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes. Place in bottom of 3 quart clear glass bowl. Dip bananas in orange juice to prevent browning. Layer bananas on top of pudding. Layer sliced strawberries over bananas, then blueberries. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Looks pretty and serves 12. Each serving = 2 Fr and 20 calories. |
