LAYERED RASPBERRY FRUIT SALAD | |
2 pkgs. raspberry gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. coarsely ground nuts 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen raspberries 1 (2 1/2 size) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 pt. sour cream Mix gelatin, boiling water, partially defrosted raspberries and pineapple. Put half of mixture in 1 1/2-quart clear glass bowl and let set in refrigerator until hardens. Add a layer of sour cream, rest of gelatin mixture, and top with ground nuts. Let set again in refrigerator. |
