POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated American or cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Thaw potatoes before mixing. Mix and cook potatoes in butter. Mix first 8 ingredients and put in 9 x 13 inch pan, buttered. Mix corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
