1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe II Fudge Marble Cake mix
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. water
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients, except the small packet in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Do not overmix. Pour 3/4 of the batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Blend contents of small packet into remaining batter. Spoon dark batter here and there over light batter. Pull knife through batter in wide curves several times.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for about 25 minutes, then remove from pan. If desired, dust top of cooled cake with confectioners' sugar.
