HEALTHFUL FUDGE 
1 c. honey
1 c. unsweetened coconut
1 c. carob powder
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Warm honey. Add peanut butter. Add remaining ingredients. Put in 8 x 8 inch pan. Cut in 1 inch squares. Refrigerate. This can be modified by using 1/2 cup honey instead of 1 cup.
