CHEESE DANISH 
2 cans crescent (dinner rolls) dough
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Roll out 1 can of crescent dough for bottom crust and place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until creamy, then spread on crust. Roll out 2nd can of dough and place on top of cream cheese. Brush top with egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Glaze: Powdered sugar and milk. Brush on top of danish while still warm.
