ITALIAN SALAD | |
1 c. sliced carrots 1 c. sliced celery 1 c. cubed cucumber 1 (10 oz.) can chick peas (drained) 1/2 c. cut up roasted peppers 1/2 c. chopped green peppers 1 c. cubed Provolone cheese 1 c. cubed or thin slices lo-salt salami Mix all ingredients together. Dress with vinaigrette dressing. Use bottled or make your own. Chill and serve on bed of lettuce. Great for lunch with Italian bread. Serves 2 generous portions. Enjoy! |
