APPLE PIE SAUCE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
10 c. water

Cook above until thick. Pare and slice 6 quarts of apples. Pack apples in quart jars. Pour sauce over apples. Cook in pressure cooker 20 minutes.
