SPINACH MADELINE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. vegetable liquor (from boiled spinach)
Red pepper to taste
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook spinach according to package. Drain and reserve liquor. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, stir until smooth. Add onion and cook until soft. Add liquor slowly stirring constantly. Cook until smooth and thick. Add cheese (cut in small pieces) and dry seasonings. Stir until cheese is melted. Combine with cooked drained spinach. Put in casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Heat in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Serves 6.
