SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. Italian sausage or extra lean hamburger (or 1/2 lb. of each)
9 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Break and cook spaghetti in salted water until done. Drain. While still warm, combine spaghetti with eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour into a well-greased 10- inch pie plate, and pat mixture up and around sides. Melt butter; add onion and saute until limp (the onions, not you!). Stir in sour cream and spoon over spaghetti. Cook and drain sausage and/or hamburger (add salt, pepper and garlic, if desired). Pour mixture on top of sour cream and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Spread Mozzarella cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
