1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. Astor Cajun seasoning mix 2 c. milk 1 egg, prebeaten Mix the flour and Cajun seasoning together in a bowl. Mix milk and egg in another bowl. Prepare chicken as you normally do for frying or baking. When chicken is prepared, dip it in the egg and milk mixture. When chicken is completely wet, dip it in the flour and Cajun seasoning mix. Cover completely with mixture. Then fry normally. |
