RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. rhubarb, diced
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Mix together rhubarb and white sugar. Place in a well greased 9 X 9 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients well until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
