EASY CRANBERRY RELISH | |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries (check for "bad berries" and remove) 2 med. oranges, quartered and seeds removed (do not peel) 1 1/2 - 2 c. sugar Chop cranberries and orange sections with food processor or grinder. Mix with sugar. Chill before serving. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Great served with turkey or ham. |
