EASY PEPPER RELISH | |
12 red bell peppers 12 green bell peppers 12 med. onions 2 c. vinegar 2 c. sugar Scant 3 tbsp. salt Clean peppers, discard seeds, peel onions and chop fine. (Does well in food processor.) Mix all together. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain well. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. With all in large kettle, boil mixture for 5 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal immediately. |
