STEAK BURRITOS 
1 lb. round steak
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper (opt.)
Flour tortillas
Jack cheese

Brown 1 pound round steak, sliced thinly in small pieces, in 2 tablespoons butter. Add small can diced green chilies and onion. Saute for a few minutes then add small can tomato sauce and salt and pepper if desired. Simmer until meat is tender. Warm individually flour tortillas. Spoon meat mixture on tortillas and roll up.
