PERFECT CHICKEN 
8 single chicken breasts, skinned and boned
Ken's Italian dressing
Flour

SAUCE:

1 c. currant jelly
1 c. cream sherry
1 c. whole cranberry sauce

Marinate chicken breasts in Ken's dressing for 24 hours. Let excess dressing run off before rolling breasts in flour. Tuck breasts under to form a roll and place in baking dish. Bake in 250 degree oven for 3 hours uncovered.

Make the sauce and let it simmer on the stove for 2 hours. During the last hour of baking the chicken, pour 1 cup of the sauce over the chicken.
