1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. potatoes, mashed
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa, mixed with 1 c. hot water

Add some milk for more moisture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out dry. Frost with Peanut Butter Frosting.

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:

2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
Milk (enough to make it "spreadable")

Mix together.
