SHORTBREAD COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1 c. rice flour
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. flour

Cream butter and gradually add powdered sugar. Knead the rice flour and regular flour into the butter and sugar mixture with your hands. Cut out with cookie cutters and sprinkle with red and green sprinkles. Bake at 325 degrees until brown on the edges.
