DURKEE VEGETABLES 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) can Durkee's French fried onions

Combine all ingredients, except for 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a shallow 1 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
