TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Cornmeal crust
1/2 c. salsa sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Cheddar, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef with onion and pour off fat. Add tomato sauce, salsa and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup cheese and let melt. Spoon into crust and bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Garnish with chopped tomatoes. Let set 5 minutes before slicing.

CORNMEAL CRUST:

Combine 1 cup Bisquick, 3 tablespoons cornmeal, 3 tablespoons melted butter, and 2 tablespoons hot water. Mix well and pat into 9-inch pie pan.
