TANGY BARBECUE SAUCE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cook celery and onion in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes. Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
