TANGY BAR - B - Q SAUCE | |
3 tbsp. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 c. catsup 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 tsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper Melt butter in skillet and saute onions until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook (low) 15 to 20 minutes so flavors blend. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Can double recipe. Good on pork chops and chicken. |
