TANGY BARBEQUE SAUCE 
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. thick meat sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 or 6 whole cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/3 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons butter, 2 or 3 orange peels and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes. This recipe can be doubled.
